How a Job is priced.
Each endpoint has its own price per page. Your agent sees it in list_job_blueprints before it submits anything.
5 credits per search page, 1 per product page
A search page with 50 products costs the same as one with 10. A product details page costs 1 credit, however many variants it lists.
Some endpoints, such as newly qualified sites, can have a different price or none yet. The price your agent sees in list_job_blueprints is the one that applies.
Set aside, then settled
When a Job is submitted, the credits for the pages it asks for (max_pages, up to the endpoint’s limit) are set aside. When it finishes, it pays for the pages it fetched and the rest is released. The price is fixed when the Job is submitted.
| Job | Pages asked | Pages fetched | Credits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Search, max_pages 3 | 3 (15 set aside) | 2 | 10 |
| Product details | 1 (1 set aside) | 1 | 1 |
| Search that fails | 1 (5 set aside) | 0 | 0 |
| Total example cost | 11 | ||

Price a real workflow
Start with the smallest useful Job, such as one search page or one product, inspect the result, then ask for more pages only when the first result justifies it.
