## S1 power options have different working areas

The official S1 guide lists separate 40 W and 20 W machine configurations. Keep laser power, spot size and working area attached to the named configuration instead of treating them as one shared S1 specification.

| S1 configuration | Laser and working-area fields | Source basis |
| --- | --- | --- |
| xTool S1 40 W | 40 W laser power; 0.08 × 0.10 mm spot; 498 × 319 mm working area; 600 mm/s stated working speed. | Official S1 specification table; retain metric units and the model label. |
| xTool S1 20 W | 20 W laser power; 0.08 × 0.06 mm spot; 498 × 330 mm working area; 600 mm/s stated working speed. | Official S1 specification table; do not copy the 40 W area to this row. |

## Conveyor and riser options change the work envelope

The S1 guide reports a longer working envelope when the automatic conveyor feeder is used and says additional conveyor rails are required. The basic working area, accessory-expanded envelope and machine dimensions are separate fields.

| Configuration field | Published value or dependency | Keep separate from |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Automatic conveyor feeder | 470 × 3,000 mm working area; additional conveyor rails are required. | The standard 498 × 319 mm or 498 × 330 mm S1 working area. |
| Riser base | The product specification lists machine size as 765 × 561 × 183 mm without the riser base and 765 × 561 × 268 mm with it. | The machine's working area; these are overall product dimensions. |
| Rotary Attachment 2 | The S1 LightBurn guide states the rotary attachment requires the riser base. | The base machine bundle; retain attachment and riser as separate included/optional components when the listing identifies them. |

## Connection, files and software compatibility are distinct

The S1 specification lists USB and Wi-Fi connection, XCS system support and accepted file formats. xTool separately describes LightBurn as third-party software with basic S1 support and named feature gaps.

| Workflow field | Official S1 value | Interpretation |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Connection | USB or Wi-Fi. | Keep the selected connection method separate from operating system and software. |
| XCS system support | Phones: Android and iOS; tablet: iPad; computer: Windows 10 or later and macOS. | Preserve device class and operating system as separate fields. |
| Supported files | SVG, DXF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP and TIF. | These are source-listed input formats, not a claim that every format supports every S1 function. |
| LightBurn | Basic processing is supported; the guide says module-position acquisition, material-area measurement and curved-surface engraving are not supported. | Keep third-party LightBurn support distinct from xTool's XCS feature set. |
